A hospitality unit such as a restaurant, hotel, or an amusement park consists of multiple groups such as facility maintenance and direct operations. Also the food production industries employ individuals to develop and implement menus, brand promotions. The primary objective is to support brand initiatives from a product development perspective and to optimise profitability.

1) National Certificate (Matric) or its equivalent qualification with a pass in the following subject:

English Language level 3 (40% above)
Mathematics/Mathematical Literacy level 3 (40% above) Economics level 3 (40% above)
Any of the following: Accounting level 3 (40% above) Business Studies level 3 (40% above)


DIRECT ADMISSION INTO:
N5 level: Have successfully passed N4 in the same field of studies
N6 level: Have successfully passed N5 in the same field of studies
